Wahl Eiendom AS was established in 1984 as a direct result of the printing company Aas & Wahl Printing was sold. Under the general manager and owner, Sigurd A. Wahl, was Wahl Eiendom AS developed into a major real estate company in the Norwegian context. In 2006 took Pål Erik Christophersen its chief executive officer and in 2014 was Camilla Wahl elected (working) Chairman. The company is currently owned by Sigurd A. Wahl, Camilla Wahl and Sebastian Wahl. Wahl Property has 14 employees and offices in Oslo, Bergen and Trondheim. The company owns and manages approximately 130,000 sqm. commercial and office property, in addition to approximately 170 000 sqm. under development. Total rental income is approx 135m.
